Special Concession- Efforts of CGECC

Dear Friends,

While congratulating all Central Govt Employees of Kashmir Valley for grant of Special Concessions (Messing and Per Diem) allowance w.e.f  01-01-2014, we would like you to know efforts made by Central Govt Employees Co-ordination Committee of Kashmir Valley in the last one week which made it to happen in practical. Few references of which are given below.
