Special Concession to Central Govt Employees working in Kashmir Valley

As a result of Sincere and Tireless Efforts of the Members of Central Govt Employees Co-ordination Committee, Kashmir Valley, Approval has been accorded by concerned quarters for extension of Special Concessions (Messing and Per Diem Allowance) to all Central Govt Employees working in Kashmir Valley at revised rates w.e.f  01-01-2015.
