1.    Representation of Northern India C.O.Cs in National Secretariat of the Confederation

2.   Formation of Regional C.O.Cs

3.   Bi-Annual Meetings at Regional level

4.   Organizing of next All India Conference of Confedration in Srinagar Kashmir

5.   Furnishing of Bye-laws of the Confederation to all the affiliated C.O.Cs

6.   Formation of identical constitution for all the C.O.Cs
