MEMORANDUM

It is to bring to your kind notice that a number of correspondances had been taken up with the different Ministries on different issues and no positive results have yet been received from them. The points are discussed as under please.

1.    Empanelment of three Private Nursing Homes of Kashmir Division under CS (MA) Rules,1944 - case with Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi

2.   Non-receipt of special Kashmir package concession by the employees of MSME numbering only four since 2010 and cruel attitude of their Director – case with DOPT & MHA for their intervention

3.   Grant of Hajj Quota to be allotted through Confederation to Muslim eligible Central Government Employees of Kashmir Region and issue to be taken up with concerned Ministry

4.   Grant of Special Duty Allowances to all Central Government Employees of Kashmir Region on the pattern of North Eastern States of India to be taken up with concerned Ministry.
